STAFF TRAINING
Multiple training exercises and activities take place throughout the school year.
These events are centered around the idea that continued education and
group participation can build a better team environment, create a more open exchange
of ideas for cross-departmental cooperation, and help foster the desire for personal
development in all employees to best serve the children of the Pre-School.

Some of these training events include:
- Safety and first aid training (mandatory)
- Team building excursions
- Curriculum training
- Conflict resolution class
- Monthly staff meetings to coordinate ideas and incorporate into the classroom
- PTA meeting where parents, teachers and management
can openly discuss implementation of new ideas and concepts
- Each teacher must create a teacher-led training activity once a year,
depending on their personal interests and education.
This will create a more diverse staff, using the individual strengths
of each team member and utilizing individual assets.
